Lead by Company Director Nathan Keats. Nathan has over 20 years of Industry experience across all areas of esidential and Commercial Building and is Carpentry Trade Qualified with a Diploma of Building and Construction. Nathan understands the lifestyle and demands of the Sunshine Coast region using this knowledge to manage and deliver exceptional designer projects. Nathan has exceptional ‘Eye for Detail’ and solution-based thinking. His passion to deliver something unique is a passion and drive that is infectious to those on site.

Dave is a wealth of knowledge for all things building. With 20 years of carpentry skills and experience, Dave brings a passion for craftsmanship and ingenuity to every project. Connect & Consult
Nathan will meet you on-site to learn about your vision. The excitement of your new project is now shared with us. We will discuss the timeframe, budget and the Scope of Work.

Design & Plans
We can introduce you to our trusted network of Designers, Architects, Engineers and Certifiers. If you have a professional you are working with, we are happy to seamlessly collaborate with them.

Documentation
Working as a team along with the Architect, Engineer and Certifier, we guide you through the Building Approval Process. Through good communication, we establish your scope, specifications and finishes. From here we provide a detailed Quote for the Project.

Contract
Tendering complete. We develop a contract that outlines inclusions and exclusions. Listing all PC items and Provisional Sums.

Home Warranty Insurance
Once a deposit is paid we provide QBCC Home Warranty Insurance. This covers the structural warranty of your new project.

Commence, Construct, Communicate
From the moment we start and all throughout the build we gaureentee quality Construction and communication. This ensures you are up to date with the progress and feel included in the creation of your new project. During this stage we ensure that critical stage inspections are carried out by The Engineer or Certifier.

Celebration
All appropriate forms are submitted and certification received. We now hand over your project. Filled with satisfaction and happiness we exceed your expectations as you settle into your new home.
